With nearly 30 years experience working with retailers from the Fortune 500 to the small  independent, Pet Retail Helper founder Lynn Switanowski has a proven track record for delivering increased sales and improved profits for companies of any size. She has helped re-engineer business models in a changing consumer marketplace and has done so while continually helping to improve profits. Most recently, her management and leadership skills combined with a love of pets have led to the successful growth of a variety of independent pet businesses and have allowed her to create a specialist niche establishing strategic directions for companies launching new brands, and revitalizing mature pet retail businesses.

Lynn has helped to grow sales and profitability at both brick and mortar and e-commerce businesses.
